NFL draws big numbers on NBC

Each of the two NFL games that aired on NBC last week drew more than 25 million viewers, the first time a network has gotten that large of an audience twice in one week since the 2012 London Olympics.
Sunday night's game between the New York Giants and the Dallas Cowboys drew 25.4 million viewers to become the most-watched prime time show of the week, according to the official national numbers released by The Nielsen Company.
The Thursday Night NFL season opener between the Denver Broncos and the defending Super Bowl champion Baltimore Ravens averaged 25.1 million viewers to finish second in the week's ratings.
