Navy 69, Bryant 59

Bryant went cold down the stretch while Navy stayed hot, helping the Midshipmen to a 69-59 victory on Monday in Annapolis, Md.

The Bulldogs (5-4) led 52-51 after a Vlad Kondratyev layup with 6:42 left in the second half. But then they went more than six minutes without a field goal as the Midshipmen regained the advantage with a 16-4 run to pull away.

The Midshipmen (6-6), who shot 56 percent from the field (24-of-43), including 55 percent from 3-point range (6-of-11), were led by Kendall Knorr's 15 points, while Tilman Dunbar, the Patriot League rookie of the week, had a double-double of 13 points and 10 assists. James Loupos chipped in 11 points and Brandon Venturini had 10 for the Midshipmen.

Joe O'Shea led four Bulldogs in double-figures with 15 points. Corey Maynard had 13, while Kondratyev had 11 and Alex Francis each had 10 as the Bulldogs shot just 39 percent from the field (21-of-54).

Navy led by as many as six points in the first half, but Bryant, powered by two 8-0 runs, went into intermission with a 29-28 lead.

The Bulldogs outrebounded the Midshipmen 34-24.
