Nat. Women's Soccer League announces broadcast deal

The National Women's Soccer League and FOX Sports Media Group announced a one-year deal Thursday to televise nine games during the league's inaugural season.
Fox plans to air six regular-season matches and all three playoff games, include the two semifinal games on Aug. 24 and 25. The championship game is scheduled for Aug. 31.
Beginning July 8, FOX Soccer will televise one game per week over the season's final six weeks, heading into the postseason.
