Update: The Broncos selected Ball in the second round of the 2013 NFL Draft, 58th overall.
Recommendation: Ball won't run away from defenses, but his quick feet and hard running allow him to consistently break into the secondary despite his lack of speed. Ball is a very skilled receiver with strong vision and balance, and Willis McGahee's grip on the starting role in Denver is very loose by now. If he can earn a starting role, Ball should thrive as a fantasy option. Given McGahee's age, Ball is a top dynasty target.
