Michael Jordan has been sued by a woman who claims he is the father of her 16-year-old son, TMZ reported.
Pamela Smith filed her paternity suit claim on February 6 in Fulton County, Ga., and she wants a paternity test to prove Jordan is her son's father.
She wants custody and child support payments, and she wants Jordan to pay her son's medical expenses. She also wants to make the boy's legal last name Jordan.
In the documents obtained by TMZ, she claims she became pregnant after having sex with Jordan in 1995. Jordan was married to Juanita Vanoy at the time.
Jordan is scheduled to marry Yvette Prieto in April.
