Manning passes Simms as Giants' passing leader

Eli Manning passed Phil Simms as the New York Giants' all-time passing yards leader during the first quarter of Sunday's game against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Entering the game, Manning needed 15 passing yards to pass Simms' 33,462. Manning threw for 176 yards in the first half as the Giants took a 12-0 lead over the Eagles.
Manning made his 143rd straight regular-season start Sunday.
