CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- J.J. Mann and Ian Clark combined for 11 3-pointers and 51 points as Belmont downed Ohio Valley Conference-foe Austin Peay 78-65 Saturday night.
Mann scored a career-high 26 points on 6-of-11 3-point shooting, while Clark had 25 points and made 5 of 11 from deep for the Bruins (20-5, 11-1), who have won 11 of 12 after losing to Murray State 79-74 Thursday.
The rest of Belmont's players were a combined 3 of 12 from 3-point range. The Bruins shot 46.7 percent (28 of 60) from the field and made all eight of their free-throw attempts.
Travis Betran had 22 points and Chris Horton 10 rebounds for the Governors (5-20, 1-10), who lost their eighth consecutive game and 16th in their past 17.
Belmont pulled away as Mann scored eight straight points and 10 total during a 14-2 run to end the first half and take a 36-21 intermission advantage.
