Lions' Suh sued for failing to pay back $100,000 deposit

Detroit Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh is being sued for failure to pay back a $100,000 security deposit to a couple that rented a home that he owns, the Oakland (Mich.) Press reported Friday.

The suit alleges that Suh refuses to pay Gregory and Laura Packer the deposit back since they moved out. It states that Suh and his sister, who is his business manager, violated a state law that security deposits cannot be more than 1 1/2 times the monthly rent and refuse to give back property the couple left behind.

In a separate incident, Suh will not be ticketed for his involvement in a minor accident Thursday in Dearborn, Mich., in which he was accused by another driver of sideswiping a car and driving off, according to Fox 2 in Detroit. Dearborn police said it would not issue tickets to either driver involved because it could not determine who was at fault.
