Lions CB Slay listed as doubtful to play Eagles

ALLEN PARK, Mich. (AP) -- The Detroit Lions have listed cornerback Darius Slay as doubtful against the Philadelphia Eagles because of a knee injury.

Slay didn't practice Friday, a day after he was hurt in practice in what Detroit coach Jim Schwartz describes as ''sort of a freak thing.''

The rookie has played in Detroit's first 12 games and started for a third time this season against Green Bay on Thanksgiving when cornerback Chris Houston was inactive with a knee injury.

Houston (knee) and Reggie Bush (calf) were limited in practice Friday and are questionable to play Sunday at Philadelphia. Bush had 117 yards rushing, a touchdown and five receptions for 65 yards receiving against the Packers.
