The Lions were beaten by the Cardinals, 14-6, in Glendale.

Matthew Stafford finished 18 for 30 passing for only 183 yards and no touchdowns and one pick. Drew Stanton put up better numbers for the Cardinals, and wound up 21 for 32 with 306 yards passing, two touchdowns and two picks.

Joique Bell was a key factor for the Lions, rushing for 85 yards on 14 carries in addition to three receptions for 30 yards. Calvin Johnson snagged five passes for 59 yards.

The Detroit defense played well in the loss, giving up 46 yards rushing and 306 passing.

Cardinals wide receiver Michael Floyd was impressive, churning out 54 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Wide receiver John Brown also performed well with 69 receiving yards.

The Lions head to Foxborough next week to face the Patriots (7-2) while the Cardinals go to Seattle to play the Seahawks (6-4).
