The Tampa Bay Lightning announced Friday that they signed forward Geoff Walker to a one-year, two-way contract.
Walker, 25, played 51 games last season with the Lake Erie Monsters of the American Hockey League. He had five goals and 15 assists with 55 penalty minutes.
Walker, who was not drafted, has played 226 career AHL games with the Manchester Monarchs, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins and Monsters. He has 39 goals, 69 assists and 326 penalty minutes.
