Update: Fitzgerald is putting in the work to learn the Cardinals' offensive scheme under new head coach Bruce Arians, the Arizona Republic reports.

Recommendation: Fitzgerald is in the process of learning three new wide receiver positions: his typical split end position (X) along with flanker (Z) and the slot (F). Considering his production went stale in 2012 under the old coaching staff -- 71 catches for 798 yards and four touchdowns -- a bit more versatility in his arsenal should help him establish himself as one of the top-producing wideouts in the NFL. When combined with a competent QB, Carson Palmer, under center, Fitzgerald's prospects heading into the fall seem to be on the upswing.
