Kevin Durant's 36 sparks Thunder by Rockets

Kevin Durant scored 36 points to lead the Oklahoma City Thunder to a victory over the Houston Rockets, 104-92. Oklahoma City (29-10) gets one in the win column after losing to Memphis on Tuesday.

Durant finished 8-21 from the field (2-7 on 3-pointers) and 18-20 from the free throw line. Other key players for Oklahoma City included Reggie Jackson with 23 points and 6 steals, and Serge Ibaka with 21 points and 15 rebounds. On 6-12 shooting from the field and 4-6 from the free throw line, Terrence Jones put up 16 points for Houston in the loss. He also recorded 13 rebounds. James Harden added 16 points and 8 assists, Donatas Motiejunas finished with 15 points and 7 rebounds, and Dwight Howard put up 11 points and 8 rebounds.

This defeat means an end to a three-game winning streak for Houston, pushing their record to 26-15 for the year.
