Kawhi Leonard put up his third double-double this season, scoring 21 points and registering 10 rebounds, to help the San Antonio Spurs sneak past the Golden State Warriors, 104-102. San Antonio (21-5) has now won seven of their last 10 games.
Leonard shot 8-14, in what was an efficient performance. Patty Mills also chipped in for San Antonio, finishing with 20 points and 5 rebounds. David Lee had another strong game for Golden State in the loss, scoring 32 points on 13-22 shooting from the field and 6-7 from the free throw line. He also registered 13 rebounds. Stephen Curry added 30 points and 15 assists.
This drops Golden State (14-13) to 0-2 versus San Antonio on the season.
