Jets' Trouba leaves game on stretcher
Winnipeg Jets defenseman Jacob Trouba left Friday's game against the St. Louis Blues on a stretcher early in the second period after appearing to trip before landing face-first against the boards.
Trouba was on the ice for several minutes before leaving on the stretcher, but gave the crowd the thumbs up as he left.
According to a Jets spokesman, Trouba was taken to a local hospital for x-rays and was moving all his extremities and communicating.
