Jaguars leave Mincey home for violating team rule

Jacksonville Jaguars defensive lineman Jeremy Mincey didn't make the trip against the Houston Texans because he violated team rules, according to the team.

The Jaguars also promoted wide receiver Jeremy Ebert from the practice squad to the active roster.

Wide receiver Stephen Williams was placed on injured reserve.

Mincey has eight tackles and two sacks.

He's been sidelined three games due to a concussion.
