The Colts today cut their roster down from 75 players to 53 players. While it's not their final roster, it's their first 53-man roster.

Today, NFL teams had to cut their rosters down to 53 players, making for perhaps the toughest day of the entire year in the NFL.

The Colts made moves to get to 53-players, and we have those moves for you here.  With those cuts and other moves made, that means that for the first time this season, the Colts roster is at 53 - the number they will stay at throughout the season.  While it's important to note that this most definitely is not the final 53-man roster, as there will be a lot of moves with the waiver wire, etc., it's our initial look at the 53-man squad as camp and preseason is over.

As such, here's your initial roster for the 2014 Indianapolis Colts (rookies in italics):
