Green finished 10-12 from the field (4-5 on 3-pointers) and 6-7 from the free throw line, in a quality offensive outing. Other key players for Phoenix included Goran Dragic with 24 points and 7 assists, P.J. Tucker with 15 points and 8 rebounds, and Miles Plumlee with 14 points and 13 rebounds. On 7-19 shooting (1-3 on 3-point attempts), in addition to going 7-7 from the free throw line, Michael Carter-Williams scored 22 points for Philadelphia in the loss. He also recorded 11 assists. Evan Turner contributed 21 points and 6 rebounds and Spencer Hawes finished with 18 points and 9 rebounds.
The Suns combined an eFG% of 59.4% with 45.0% 3-point shooting. They are 7-1 this year when registering marks above 55% and 40% in those respective statistics. The 76ers, on the other hand, are 1-6 when allowing opponents to hit those marks.
Philadelphia (14-31) has now lost three straight.
