Gary Neal: Paces Game 3 Win Staff

Update: Neal scored 24 points on the strength of six three-pointers in Tuesday's lopsided 113-77 Game 3 win over the Heat.

Recommendation: Neal followed up two uninspiring performances with an absolute gem in Game 3. While a repeat in Game 4 is unlikely, he represents yet another player that the Heat have to worry about. Neal played 25 minutes Tuesday night after playing 22 minutes in each of the first two games of the series. He is clearly favored ahead of Cory Joseph at the moment, despite the fact that both players took on a similar share of the playing time during the Western Conference Finals. Starting point guard Tony Parker hurt his hamstring during Game 3, so both Neal and Joseph could be in line to see increased playing time in Thursday's Game 4.
