Florida tight end Jordan Reed announced through the school that he will enter the NFL Draft and give up his final year of college eligibility.
"I've enjoyed four good years at Florida, but I feel that now is the right time to pursue my dream of playing in the NFL," said Reed in a statement. "I appreciate the support from all the coaches and staff here, and I'll always be a Gator."
Reed, a redshirt junior, once played quarterback for the Gators, but he was the team's leading receiver this season with 45 catches and 559 yards.
NFLDrtaftScout.com ranks Reed as the No. 3 tight end prospect and the No. 76 NFL prospect overall.
