Tamika Catchings had 17 points and 10 rebounds and Karima Christmas added 12 points as the Indiana Fever rolled to a 79-58 victory over the Chicago Sky on Saturday in a WNBA game at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
The Sky (13-6) played their second game in two nights after a 85-78 Friday victory over Washington in Chicago.
Courtney Vandersloot scored 11 points to lead the Sky and Sylvia Fowles added 10 points. Erlana Larkins added 10 rebounds for Indiana (9-10).
The Sky led 7-5 early, but after the score was tied 12-12, the Fever dominated most of the rest of the first half on the way to a 23-19 lead after one quarter and a 40-32 advantage at intermission.
Indiana kept Chicago at arm's length through the third quarter and was up 59-46 entering the final 10 minutes. The Fever put the game out of reach at 72-50 with 4:54 left in regulation with six straight points from Catchings and a Shavonte Zellous layup.
Sky rookie forward Elena Delle Donne missed her second straight regular-season game because of a concussion suffered on July 24. Chicago was also without backup center Carolyn Swords, out with a torn knee ligament.
The Fever and Sky meet again at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Chiago.
