Falcons Take Down Cardinals, 29-18

Matt Ryan had a big day for the offense, leading the way to a solid win for the Falcons against the Cardinals, 29-18, at home.

Ryan was a respectable 30 for 41 with 361 yards passing, two touchdowns and one pick. Drew Stanton went 24 of 39 with 294 yards passing, one touchdown and two picks for the Cardinals.

Steven Jackson was a focal point for the Falcons, running at will on the Cardinals for 101 yards on 18 carries. Julio Jones was a top receiver, catching 10 passes for 189 yards with a touchdown.

The Atlanta defensive unit led the way to a victory, giving up 35 yards rushing and 294 passing.

Finally, Matt Bryant was perfect, connecting on all five of his field goal attempts.

Cardinals wide receiver Jaron Brown tallied 75 receiving yards.

The Falcons travel to Green Bay next week to meet the Packers (8-3) while the Cardinals are at home to take on the Chiefs (7-4).
