CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (AP) -- Glenn Cosey had 21 points to lead five Eastern Kentucky players scoring in double figures in an 81-72 victory against Southeast Missouri on Saturday night.
Mike DiNunno added 18 points, Tarius Johnson 14, Eric Stutz 12 and Marcus Lewis 10 for the Colonels (17-6, 7-3 Ohio Valley), who shot 52.8 percent (28 of 53) from the floor.
Eastern Kentucky took the lead for good on Stutz's layup to make it 48-47 with 15:43 remaining, part of a 14-3 run.
Corey Wilford scored 27 points and Tyler Stone 16 for the Redhawks (11-13, 3-7), who slumped to 35.7 percent shooting (10 for 28) in the second half after hitting 60 percent before intermission.
Eastern Kentucky has won nine straight regular-season meetings between the schools, but Southeast Missouri claimed matchups in the conference tournament the last two years.
