Philadelphia Eagles offensive tackle Todd Herremans recently had foot surgery, according to CSN Philly.
Herremans reportedly needed the surgery after he developed an infection. His season ended when he dislocated a bone in the foot.
He also damaged ligaments when he sustained the injury during the season, but is not expected to miss any of the team's offseason program.
Herremans is one of three starting offensive lineman to miss the end of the season due to injury, joining left tackle Jason Peters and center Jason Kelce.
There was some consideration given to move Herremans back to his former guard position, but that is not clear now that Chip Kelly is the Eagles coach. Kelly replaced the fired Andy Reid, now with the Kansas City Chiefs.
