Miami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill left Sunday's game against the New York Jets in the first quarter with a left quadriceps and a knee injury, according to NFL.com.
Tannehill was injured when Jets linebacker Calvin Pace sacked him on a third-down play.
Tannehill limped off the field after the sack and was looked at by Dolphins trainers. Matt Moore replaced Tannehill.
The rookie quarterback's return is questionable.
