Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Hyun-Jin Ryu, who missed his last scheduled start because of a sore left foot, was cleared to start Friday night's game against the Atlanta Braves.
Ryu was injured when he was hit on the foot by a comebacker during his shutout against the Angels on May 28.
He was scratched from his start last Sunday, but avoided the disabled list.
Ryu made it through side sessions on Monday and Wednesday without incident, according to the Orange County Register, and Dodgers manager Don Mattingly said Ryu is fully recovered.
Ryu is 6-2 with a 2.89 ERA in his first season in the Major Leagues.
