Derrick Rose scored 25 and the Chicago Bulls defeated the Washington Wizards, 99-91. Chicago (19-9) has now won four in a row.

Rose finished 10-17 (1-3 from three-point range) in an efficient offensive performance. Other top contributors for Chicago included Pau Gasol with 18 points and nine rebounds, Aaron Brooks with 13 points and six assists, and Taj Gibson with 12 points and seven rebounds. On 9-16 shooting, John Wall scored 18 points for Washington in the loss. He also recorded nine assists and five rebounds. Marcin Gortat added 14 points and 11 rebounds.

Washington (19-8) has now lost back-to-back games after falling to Phoenix on Sunday.

Coming up, the Bulls battle the Los Angeles Lakers, who are 8-19 on the season. The Wizards go up against the New York Knicks, currently sitting at 5-25 this year. The Wizards are 1-0 versus New York this season.
