Former Georgia Tech defensive end Jordan Woods will be closer to home as he is transferring to the South Florida football program. Woods missed his freshman season in Atlanta with a shoulder injury and left the Jackets' football program midway through spring camp.
Woods will have to sit out the 2017 season, but will have three seasons of eligibility remaining after that. The former four-star end officially visited South Florida and strongly considered the Bulls.
I want to thank God for this opportunity but I will like to say that I am a USF Bull. #BullStrong #352ToTheBay pic.twitter.com/ypX8AbGVe9
