The Turn 3 grandstands at Darlington Raceway will soon bear the Earnhardt name.

The track said Thursday it was renaming the grandstands as the “Earnhardt Towers” to honor both Dale Earnhardt and Dale Earnhardt Jr. In a release, the track said the grandstands will also feature graphics from the father and son’s NASCAR careers.

“Darlington Raceway is fortunate to have many of the sport’s legends honored throughout our property,” Darlington president Kerry Tharp said in a statement “We felt that it was fitting to honor Dale Earnhardt Sr. and Dale Earnhardt Jr. for their positive impact on the sport and on the track Too Tough To Tame. Earnhardt Towers will forever celebrate and recognize their achievements and be a lasting landmark at our tradition-rich facility.”

The Sept. 2 race at Darlington will be Earnhardt Jr.’s final Cup Series race at the track before his retirement from full-time competition at the end of the 2017 season. His father won seven Cup series titles, tied for the most in the sport’s history with Richard Petty and Junior’s current teammate Jimmie Johnson.

Junior, the sport’s most popular driver, hasn’t won a Cup Series title, so it was (sadly) predictable that a Twitter user wondered just what he did to deserve a section of grandstands named after him. Here’s how Junior responded:
