Former Rivals 250 and four-star running back Jordan Cronkrite opted to transfer from Florida after the 2016 season and the rising junior has a new home in Tampa as a Bull. Cronkrite announced his decision on Thursday afternoon.
Told y'all, my plan B was just another way for plan A to work! Thank you Coach Strong for the opportunity #GoBulls 🤘🏾

Cronkrite will have to sit out the 2017 season due to transfer rules, but he will have two years to play two seasons after that. He did not redshirt for the Gators and ran for 302 yards and four touchdowns in two seasons of backup duty.
His addition to the roster lessens the burden of experience and depth with starter D'Ernest Johnson and backup Darius Tice both being seniors this year. Cronkrite will join Trevon Sands and Elijah Mack in the backfield.
