BERKELEY, Calif. (AP) -- Allen Crabbe broke out of his brief shooting slump with 23 points, Richard Solomon had a career-high 18 points and nine rebounds and California beat Prairie View A&M 85-53 on Saturday afternoon.
Justin Cobbs added 14 points for California (8-3), which has won two straight after a season-worst three-game losing streak.
The Golden Bears trailed early then used runs of 14-0 and 11-0 to take control, getting good production from its perimeter offense while dominating in the paint.
Solomon, who had a previous best of 14 points, led the Golden Bears' inside attack while Crabbe went 8 for 11 from the floor to record his 19th career game with 20 points or more.
Jourdan DeMuynck had 11 points and five rebounds for Prairie View (5-7).
