Colts sign kicker Carson Wiggs, cut guard Zach Allen

The Indianapolis Colts signed veteran free agent kicker Carson Wiggs and cut offensive guard Zach Allen.

Wiggs ist he most accurate kicker in Purdue history, connecting on 53 of 72 career field goals.

He ranks second in field goals in franchise history.

As a senior, he was a second-team All-Big Ten second-team honors after making 16 of 21 field goals and had 23 touchbacks. Wiggs is a former Seattle Seahawks undrafted free agent.


Allen is a former Colts practice squad player later signed to a reserve-future deal this offseason.

He played four seasons at North Carolina State.
