CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) -- Willis Hall scored 18 points Saturday and grabbed 11 rebounds as the College of Charleston beat Hofstra 67-49, handing the Pride their fourth straight loss and avenging a defeat on Jan. 11.
Anthony Stitt had 16, Nori Johnson 14 and the Cougars (12-11, 4-4 Colonial Athletic Association) outshot Hofstra 40.7 percent to 27.1 and out-rebounded them 51-38.
Hofstra jumped to a 7-2 lead but Charleston tied it on free throws by Joe Chealey, then pulled ahead on a 15-0 run. Zeke Upshaw's 3-pointer capped an 8-2 Hofstra run that cut the lead to four with 3:58 to play, but Hall and Stitt hit treys and Charleston led 30-21 at halftime.
Charleston opened the second half with an 11-2 run and led by as many as 23 points.
Zeke Upshaw led Hofstra (7-16, 3-5) with 14 points, Dion Nesmith and Jamal Robinson scored 10 apiece, and Robinson grabbed 10 rebounds.
