Chiefs cut 14 players

The Kansas Chiefs announced on Sunday they have released 14 players, including wide receiver Jeremy Horne, who caught a touchdown pass in the second preseason game and played in nine games last season.
Others released were wide receiver Brandon Kinnie, tight end Tim Biere, fullback Shane Bannon; linebackers Dexter Heyman and Caleb Canpbell, offensive linemen Justin Cheadle and Cam Holland, defensive backs Dominique Elliis and Jean Fanor, defensive lineman Ethan Johnson, wide receivers Zeke Markshausen and Aaron Weaver, and kicker Matt Szymanski.
