San Diego Chargers (7-7) Should Control Oakland Raiders (4-10)

The San Diego Chargers play host to the Oakland Raiders in a contest between AFC West foes. Kickoff is at 4:25 PM ET and the game can be seen on CBS. San Diego, a 10 point favorite, has a 7-7 overall record and 2-2 division record. Oakland sports a 4-10 overall record and 1-3 division record.

The Chargers fell to the Raiders 27-17 in week five. Keenan Allen racked up 115 yards on six passes and one touchdown.

Last week the Chargers defeated the Broncos, 27-20, a game in which Ryan Mathews played exceptionally well, scampering for 127 yards on 29 carries and one touchdown. In their previous outing, the Raiders were on the receiving end of a 56-31 drubbing by the Chiefs. Rashad Jennings was outstanding, racking up 91 yards on 23 carries and two scores.

The San Diego passing attack averages 289.1 yards per contest, fifth in the league, and should provide its offense with added confidence.
