CBS received a 10.2 overnight Nielsen rating for the final round of The Masters, the Sports Business Daily reported Monday.
Sunday's final round peaked at a 13.4 rating in the last half-hour of Adam Scott's two-hole playoff victory over Angel Cabrera from 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. ET.
Sunday's overall 10.2 was up from last year's 8.1 rating when Bubba Watson defeated Louis Oosthuizen in a playoff. That aired on an Easter Sunday, which traditionally has a lower viewership.
The 2011 final round received a 10.4 overnight, two percent better than Sunday.
CBS also earned a 6.3 rating for Saturday's coverage, a 24 percent increase over last year's 5.1.
