Cornerback Tracy Porter agreed to terms on a one-year contract with the Oakland Raiders on Tuesday, according to multiple reports.
Porter played in only six games last season for Denver after he suffered a seizure in August. But he has started 43 games during his five-year career and has been cleared to play in 2013.
The 26-year-old Porter fills a position of need for the Raiders, who lack experience at cornerback. Porter likely will be paired with first-year starter Phillip Adams. He also will be reunited in Oakland with Dennis Allen, his former secondary coach.
Last week, Porter visited the New Orleans Saints before deciding on the Raiders. He played on the Saints' Super Bowl-winning team in 2009 and had four of his eight career interceptions.
