Caps' Chimera fined for boarding

Washington Capitals forward Jason Chimera was fined $4,487.18, the maximum allowable under the Collective Bargaining Agreement, for boarding Edmonton Oilers defenseman Justin Schultz on Monday, the NHL announced on Tuesday.
Chimera was assessed a minor penalty for boarding at the time.
The fine money goes to the Players' Emergency Assistance Fund.
