If you don’t want to wear a turnover chain, you can now eat one across South Florida.

Sushi Maki, a sushi chain with locations across the Sunshine State, is now selling a special “Turnover Chain Roll.” Yes, really.

Here are the ingredients, via the Miami Herald:

A shrimp tempura roll with avocado and cream cheese, half topped with orange masago (capelin roe) and the other with green tobiko (flying fish roe). Eel sauce with spicy mayo and crispy shallots make up the dipping sauce “chain.”

The roll, of course, is inspired by the necklace the University of Miami football team gives out to a player who forces a turnover. It’s become a huge thing as the undefeated Hurricanes continue their quest for a national championship.

Per the Herald, the Turnover Chain Roll will be available through the remainder of Miami’s season.

The Hurricanes, ranked No. 3 in last week’s College Football Playoff rankings, improved to 10-0 with a come-from-behind win over Virginia over the weekend. Miami fell behind early, but scored 30 straight points to win the game, turning a 28-14 deficit into a 44-28 victory.

Virginia turned it over three times in the game, meaning we got three glimpses of the turnover chain. We’ll likely get a few more when the Canes finish out the regular season at Pittsburgh on Friday.
