The Tampa Bay Buccaneers placed wide receiver Mike Williams on injured reserve Monday.
Williams has been bothered by a hamstring injury, which caused him to miss one game earlier this season.
Williams had 22 catches for 216 yards with two touchdowns in six games. He had three receptions for 20 yards last Thursday night against the Carolina Panthers.
The 26-year-old has 2,947 receiving yards with 25 touchdown catches in 54 games with the Buccaneers. He had a career-best 996 yards with nine touchdowns last season and signed a five-year, $40 million contract extension.
