Wide receiver David Nelson signed a one-year deal with the Cleveland Browns.
Originally signed by the Buffalo Bills in 2010 as an undrafted rookie out of the University of Florida, Nelson has 94 career receptions for 1,042 yards and eight touchdowns while starting 17 of 32 games.
Nelson suffered a season-ending torn ACL in the season opener last year.
"David possesses very good size and hands, and has a good feel for the game," said Browns coach Rob Chudzinski. "He showed promise with Buffalo two years ago before missing most of last season with an injury, and we feel as though he will be a good addition to our group of wide receivers."
