“He is brilliant. It’s nice to have Yeye in our squad. Ever since I have been in South Africa, I have admired watching him while he was playing for Chiefs.
"Now to have him here at SuperSport is great,” Brockie told Goal.
The 34-year-old Letsholonyane has become a vital cog in midfield as he has hogged the lines between defence and attack for Stuart Baxter’s men that has seen them head the league’s scoring charts currently.
Brockie has been impressed with how he is able to pick passes from every area of the pitch as he has already done against the likes of Maritzburg United and Orlando Pirates respectively.
“He can pick passes from all over the pitch and he has a good eye for goal as well. So he brings a lot to the team obviously,” Brockie said.
His experience in winning silverware with the Amakhosi where he won two league titles, two MTN 8 cups, two Telkom Knockouts and one Nedbank Cup titles from 2008 to 2016 will also rub off on them.
“The experience of him winning cups as well is vital so it’s brilliant to have him in the side. Everyone is lifts their standard when a player likes that comes to the club,” Brockie said.
