Brandon Lloyd: Reduced Role Sunday

Update: Lloyd (knee) was on the field for 34-of-61 snaps on offense in Sunday's win over the Colts, ESPN.com reports.

Recommendation: Meanwhile, Julian Edelman saw 52 snaps, while he and Wes Welker served as the primary duo in the team's two-receiver sets Sunday. It remains to be seen if Lloyd's workload remains reduced on Thursday against the Jets, but given the banged-up state of the Patriots' TE corps, we expect that he'll still see his share of time on the field and targets in Week 12.
