Blake Griffin finished with 40 points and registered 10 rebounds to help the Los Angeles Clippers take down the Utah Jazz, 98-90. Los Angeles (21-11) has now won seven of their last 10 games.
Griffin shot 13-20 and went 14-17 from the free throw line, in what was an efficient performance. Chris Paul also contributed for Los Angeles, finishing with 21 points and 10 rebounds. Despite the loss, Enes Kanter scored 17 points off the bench for Utah on 7-13 shooting. He also added 12 rebounds. Marvin Williams chipped in 15 points and 8 rebounds and Trey Burke finished with 12 points and 6 assists.
Utah (9-24) couldn't get consecutive victories after beating Los Angeles on Friday.
Coming up, the Clippers square off against the Phoenix Suns, who are 18-11 on the season. The Jazz go up against the Charlotte Bobcats, currently sitting at 14-17 this year. The Jazz are 1-0 versus Charlotte this season.
