Chicago Bears offensive tackle J'Marcus Webb is facing drug charges after an arrest Sunday in Pulaski County, Ill.
Webb was arrested and and charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, KFVS-TV reported.
After paying $500 of a $5,000 bond, Webb was released on Monday, Pulaski County Sheriff Randy Kern said. A court date is scheduled for March.
"We are aware of the recent arrest of J'Marcus Webb in Pulaski County Illinois," the Bears said in a statement released Wednesday. "We are currently gathering information to learn more about the circumstances surrounding the arrest."
