Update: Lindback played 77 minutes Friday, including 32 in a scrimmage, and erased fears his knee injury wasn't properly healed, according to the Tampa Bay Times. "It looks good," Lindback said of the cut on his right knee. "It's not an issue."
Recommendation: He looked completely comfortable Friday and didn't have an ill effects from the cut that required six stitches. He could actually do much better this season than we first expected. There are fewer games and his transition from under-used back-up to full-time starter will be eased in that situation. Push him up a couple notches on your cheat sheet.
