Alshon Jeffery is good to go for Thursday. We break down the fantasy implications.
Chicago Bears receiver Alshon Jeffery is active against the Dallas Cowboys for Thursday Night Football in Week 14. He was questionable for the game and has been dealing with hamstring tightness throughout the season.
Jeffery hasn't quite been as explosive and he was limited last week, but that didn't stop him from scoring twice on his way to nine catches for 71 receiving yards.
He has not been the home-run hitter he was last year and hasn't caught a ball for more than 35 yards since Oct. 12. Still, Jeffery does have four touchdowns and 23 catches in his last three weeks.
His activity shouldn't really hurt receiver Brandon Marshall and it will likely give the Bears a bigger allotment of fantasy points to go around. Although, they are expected to run the ball against a so-so Cowboys defense.
Fantasy impact: If you have Jeffery, you're starting him and should expect him to get double-digit targets. Marshall is also a strong WR2 with big upside at home.
