Other key performers for Orlando were Victor Oladipo with 30 points and 14 assists, Tobias Harris with 22 points and 8 rebounds, and Nikola Vucevic with 14 points and 15 rebounds. Carmelo Anthony had another strong performance for New York in the loss, scoring 44 points on 16-28 shooting (6-10 on 3-point attempts), in addition to going 6-7 from the free throw line. He also registered 11 rebounds. Raymond Felton contributed 15 points and 8 assists and Tyson Chandler finished with 14 points and 11 rebounds.
After putting up a sparkling assist-to-turnover ratio of 2.64, the Magic are 3-3 on the season when eclipsing 2.50 in this category. However, the Knicks are 1-5 when allowing their opponents to achieve such a lofty ratio.
This drops New York (21-34) to 2-1 against Orlando on the year.
