3-star Texas APB Jalen Knox ready to see what Mizzou has to offer
The Latest: Three-star Texas wide receiver Jalen Knox has a seemingly ever-growing list of offers and while they’re still rolling in, he’s making an effort to get out this spring and repay some of the attention he’s receiving with some on campus visits. Up next is a trip to Missouri to see the Tigers program up close and personal. Rivals.com caught up with Knox at the recent Dallas stop of the Rivals 3-Stripe Camp Series presented by adidas talk Tigers and preview the trip.

In His Words: “Missouri has been showing a lot of love. They have told me that I’m their No. 1 priority in the Class of 2018 on offense. They’ve been on me since September.”
On their recruiting pitch for his role: “They want to play me as an athlete and move me around and do whatever they can to get the ball in my hands. They have the best offensive in the SEC numbers-wise and they like to throw the ball so that’s something that appeals to me as a wide receiver. Coach Hubel is my recruiter and he’s a real good guy and seems like he’s easy to connect with.”
On his goals for the visit: “I’m bringing my family with me so we’ll all have our own things we’re looking to see. I want to see them in action in the spring game and see their offense in person and really get a feel for how it looks and how they use their guys.”
Rivals Reaction: Baylor is a program that’s also heavily in the mix but the Tigers are set to go toe-to-toe with Bears. Hosting Knox and his family will give the school a chance to impress both him and his family and if the offense has a good showing in the game it could do a lot to help Mizzou’s efforts.
