NCPreps.com will be hosting their 2nd Annual Elite Guard Camp on Sunday at Providence Day School in Charlotte. This year's camp will feature some of the state's top underclassmen talent as well with the first-ever Unsigned Senior Game. The camp will start with Registration at 8:00 am and the campers drill sessions will start around 9:00 am. After a lunch break, the game action will pick up around 1:00 pm through 5:00 pm.

Some of the top underclassmen players that are expected to participate in the action are:

Devon Dotson - 2018 - Providence Day School.

Dotson, a 6-2 starter for the Chargers has several Division 1 offers including Kansas, Florida, UNC, NC State, Tennessee, Wake Forest, and Clemson among others.

Kody Shubert - 2018 - Lincoln Charter

Shubert led the Eagles to a NCHSAA 1A State Championship this season while averaging over 20 points and nearly 7 assists a game.

Marten Maide - 2019 - Carmel Christian

Maide led the Cougars to a 21-6 record and a deep run in the NCISAA state playoffs.

Daivien Williamson - 2018 - Winston-Salem Prep

Williamson led the state power Phoenix with over 16 points per game.

Miles Ray - 2019 - Pine Forest

Ray was a sophomore starter for the Trojans and averaged over 11 points per game.


Some seniors to look out for in the camp are:

Francis Sio - 2017 - Cox Mill

Sio averaged over 15 points per game for the 2017 NCHSAA 3A State Champion Chargers.

Quay Kimble - 2017 - Shelby

The Lees-McRae recruit led the Golden Lions to a deep playoff run.

Shaddai Boots - 2017 - Mountain Island Charter

Boots averaged almost 15 points a game for the Raptors.
